The July Stated Meeting was held at the Scottish Rite Cathedral Hosted by Jewel P. Lightfoot Lodge #1283. The Meeting was opened at 7:40 with prayer and pledges. President Alston welcomed everyone and introduced the Worshipful Master Elect- Martin Freeman. Who introduced the members of Jewel P. Lightfoot that were present. He also invited everyone to their installation the following Saturday.

President Alston kept his final meeting brief. A motion was made to accept the previous months minutes as posted. Motion passed. The treasurers report was given and a motion was made to accept it and pay all upcoming bills, Motion passed.

President Alston then handed the floor over to Brother Chris Livingston who ran the elections of officers.

The elections officer then asked if there were any nominations for the office of president. Brother Seth Alston put forth the nomination of Bro. David Bindel.. Bro. Bindel was elected unanimously.

The elections officer then asked if there were any nominations for the office of Vice President. Bro. Bindel put forth nomination of Bro. Roger Landry. Bro. Landry was elected unanimously.

The elections officer then asked if there were any nominations for the office of secretary. Bro. Landry put forth the nomination of Bro. Robert W. Weston. Bro. Weston was elected unanimously.

The elections officer then asked if there were any nominations for the office of treasurer. Brother Rodger Landry stood and put forth the nomination of Bro. Keith Dancer. Brother George Rutherford stood and put forth the name of Bro. David Ritter.

The teller committee passed out the voting slips and then tallied the votes. The committee announced that Brother David Ritter received the majority number of votes. Brother Livingston then conducted the Installation Ceremony with Brother Jeff Haven as Installing Marshall.

It was announced that the August monthly meeting would be held at Hillcrest Lodge on August 30th.

There being nothing more to come before the association, we closed with prayer and continued fellowship at the Green Door.
