14^th District MWSA

Minutes of the Stated Meeting of

September 24, 2025

On September 24^th, 2025, at 7:30 pm, the 14^th District MWSA was hosted by The High Noon Club and President   There were many Master Masons, and several guests in attendance.   

President Weston gaveled the meeting open and asked Bro. Chaplin to provide the opening prayer, and the pledges to the US and TX flags followed.

MWSA Officers were introduced and all 50^th year members and Veterans were recognized, along with the introduction of the following dignitaries: Past Presidents, 14^th District DIs, sitting WMs & DDGMs as well as the hosting Officers, who was asked to introduce his officers/members present.  Bro. President thanked The High Noon Club for hosting.

SECRETARIES REPORT: Minutes for the Aug meeting were posted on the website and asked to have them approved as posted.  Minutes were approved by motion.

TREASURERS REPORT: Current amount of $2817.65  in the account, with $50.00 to Creative Engraving for printing of the lodge listing books being the only transaction for the month. A motion was made to pay all bills and accept the report was approved by motion.

OLD BUSINESS: n/a.

NEW BUSINESS: n/a..

PRESENTATION:  Bro Jeffery Frazier presented a program on Lodge Consolidations, blah blah blah… A very interesting dialogue took place across the Masons in the room.  Bro Frazier thanked the President and the Officers and Brethren of the District 14 MWSA for inviting him to lead the educational discussion this month. He appreciated the very warm welcome and participation as we shared ideas about how to better make Masonry known to potential members.

Next MWSA Stated Meeting @ TRMC. Wednesday, October 29⋅6:30 – 9:00pmTexas Masonic Retirement Community @ 1501 W Division St, Arlington, TX 76012, USA.  Program:  Grand Jr. Warden Candidates  (co-hosted with the 64^th MWSA)

The meeting was closed with prayer, peace and harmony prevailing at 8:45 pm
